When a person has an irritatingly large number of coins stuffed in their wallet. Someone who is coinstipated needs to take a "coin dump" on their next purchase, in order to relieve pressure and reduce discomfort of the wallet and/or pocket regions.

Constipated German Ass Goblin

A goblin like creature that lives on mushrooms that has very bad constipation problems, that can oftenly be heard in a forest in Germany late at night and it sounds like kids laughing and while there's a monster screaming.
