When a person continuously follows you around, becomes obsessed and/or rather annoying.

They always want to spend time with you, talk to you, call you. They never leave you alone. Its almost as if they do not have a mind of their own.

Can be very easily mistaken with loyalty.

"Seriously, Lily will not leave me alone. What a clingy loser."

When you non-stop i chat with your girlfriend and nickname her B for "baby" in your contacts list for your phone. Symptoms include facebook scrabbling with her or trying to beat her high score on farmville.
