'Cakaliki' is slang used by Mauritians to insult other people. 'Caka' derived from the French word 'caca' meaninn shit.
Liki, in a very bad manner in the Mauritian language meaning the genitals of a female living creature.
Cakaliki meaning anything that comes out of a vagina is considered to be undesired, like menstruation and mucus. A person called cakaliki is most commonly described an undesired unborn kid.
