Also referred to as a manzeer (the non-formal term used). Brozeer is not just used by Men, but may also be used by Transvestites of some size.
Men or Transvestites that fall between the weight of 200lbs and up. Brozeers will most likely be found on individuals with more jello-like fat.
NOTE: Not all overweight men or transvestites will be found wearing such a devise. You may come to find that most of these individuals are less self-conscious of their appearance, and wear that fat proudly.
