acronym for Attention Deficit Disorder. In other words, people who stare blankly at random things because they are attracted to very shiny objects.

ADD 

ADD is a mental disorder which leads to restlessness, difficulty paying attention or focusing, and a short attention span. It is caused by a chemical imbalance, when the brain manufactures insufficient amounts of a stimulant. am not sure what the name of the chemical is. ADD medications make people without ADD hyper because it is the same type of stimulant as Mountain Dew. That's why I drink mountain dew whenever my prescription runs out, because it relieves my symptoms.

ADD makes meh twitchy. A lot. Although, technically, I have ADHD. Hmm.

An excuse used by parents for failing to discipline their kid and as a result creating an obnoxious, hyperactive, spoiled brat in severe need of a boot in the ass. Also a bullshit diagnosis given by child psychiatrists to prescribe pills for the kid because more than likely they're getting a kickback from the pharmaceuticals company.

yes it is attention deficit disorder and how would you know that it stops your learning ability. it is common in younger children and they seem to have the most trouble leaning.
