Ambling along in a stoned or drunken state under the influence of some kind of concoction of capitalism and escapism. You spy a young lady dressed in a funny punky/hunky/spunky kinda way with a hint of granny, and you say "Lucy!" because it is she! Because she is so recognisable just from her size and colour that even in your state of euphoria she is unmissable because shes that damn gorgeous.
