Refrain from saying the word WHAT. If you do say it, anyone can obnoxiously scream out the word DICK! It can only be said when the word WHAT is used at the end of a sentence or when the word WHAT is the only word said. If the word DICK! is used out of context, that person is eligible for a slap across the back of the neck. To avoid a slap, one must say ANONYMOUS before another says NECK.
