A basic human right in the US constitution. Would life really be worth living if you can't blow the brains out of every gay, muslim and black that passes our ranch? How else will gangstas cap whiteys' ass?All that's left is to restore the last important right, the right to arm bears.

70,000 Americans are shot every year. In the UK, where guns are banned, the number is around 5. Which means in the USA you are 14,000 times more likely to be shot each year. If you call that self defense, you better see someone.

Right to the door

noun - refers to one's right to leave either an Elective class or Honors/AP Class (usually to go to the easier classes). The prolific statement comes from one of Ian Terry's rants.

Ian: I don't get why so many people complain about Ms. Kostelic. If they think she's too difficult, nobody is keeping them in French 3 against their will. They have a right to the door. Walk out and go to another elective or a study hall.

The Right to Cunt

A saying used by a Higher official to a lower Class, to state that they have the right to be a cunt because they deserve it for doing something important for the other. Similar to 'the Right to be a Cunt' it was shortened for easy use in conversation.

e.g King to Peasant, Home owner to Tenant, Person who pays the bills to Person who doesn't, Father to Son, Employer to Employee.

All you ever do is complain, I have the right to cunt in this house.

You have the right to remain silent

In the United States, the Miranda warning or famously "You have the right to remain silent" is a type of notification customarily given by police to criminal suspects in police custody (or in a custodial interrogation) advising them of their right to silence and, in effect, protection from self-incrimination; that is, their right to refuse to answer questions or provide information to law enforcement or other officials. These rights are often referred to as Miranda rights. The purpose of such notification is to preserve the admissibility of their statements made during custodial interrogation in later criminal proceedings. The Miranda warning is part of a preventive criminal procedure rule that law enforcement are required to administer to protect an individual who is in custody and subject to direct questioning or its functional equivalent from a violation of their Fifth Amendment right against compelled self-incrimination. In Miranda v. Arizona, the Supreme Court held that the admission of an elicited incriminating statement by a suspect not informed of these rights violates the Fifth Amendment and the Sixth Amendment right to counsel, through the incorporation of these rights into state law. Thus, if law enforcement officials decline to offer a Miranda warning to an individual in their custody, they may interrogate that person and act upon the knowledge gained, but may not ordinarily use that person's statements as evidence against them in a criminal trial.

You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions. You have the right to have a lawyer with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish. If you decide to answer questions now without a lawyer present, you have the right to stop answering at any time.

The right to complain

Christopher Hitchens warned not to let people take away your right to complain. When he said it he was talking about Islam specifically but I think it speaks to a broader point about what's happening in society today.

He lives a life of shame as a disgusting smooth-face and should be treated with nothing but contempt and derision. The right to complain, however, IS fit to be a mustache-man. It is our fundamental right. The CARDINAL right from which all other rights are derived. The conservatives are trying to take that away from you (not in a legislative capacity but a social capacity) with their 'Stop complaining and get back to work, slaves' rhetoric and the Liberals are trying to take that right away ( again, not in a legislative capacity but in a social capacity) with their 'Anti-aggrievement' rhetoric that presupposes the grievances of the under-class that you are allowed not to give a shit about are illegitimate. Reject this blatant and repugnant attack on our rights! I am aggrieved! I have a right to BE aggrieved! And my rights will not be denied!"
