When questioned as to the meaning of the incompetence, laziness, or being terrible at the said job, the personal in question will offer a shrug of the shoulders while meekly muttering "covid."
Frank was having trouble finding mulch at Walmart but when he asked the employee where he might find it, the worker merely rolled his eyes and muttered "covid," thereby executing a covid shrug with perfect grace...
