When you pile so much sarcasm onto a subject that you can't even tell how you really felt about it anymore in the first place.

Jon sarcastrated himself during his comedy routine. At the end of his skit, the audience could no longer tell if he was joking or not.

Sarcastabastard

A portmanteau of sarcastic and bastard. A sarcastabastard always has something snarky and sarcastic to say in response to anything you throw at him and is a general pain in the ass.

Sole redeeming quality is how hilarious it is to watch them roast people.

Oh, my god. Curtis is such a sarcastabastard. I don't think I've ever heard an honest word outta that guy's mouth.

Sarcastamistic

Looking for the good in the person or situation, but you know it really blows, so you just smile and say something nice even though you don't really mean it.

Michael wanted the people around him to wake up and realize they were idiots, but he knew that would never happen. So he sarcastamisticly told them they were right, and just walked away, hoping the tone of his voice would clue them in.
