A person, usually a teenaged floppy-hair kid with tight jeans and logos eveywhere who thinks by buying a skateboard they are instanly cool. They usually have no idea what they are doing and look quite stupid while trying to figure out which side you put on the ground.

A complete loser who go around crying like a little bitch and saying "skating isnt a crime!" Your right, its not a crime but your destruction of public property is a crime. The "grinding" on park benches ruins them and you can always expect plenty of trash on the ground where these "punks" have been.
