This is a really cool new insult, it's used on people who are too dense to see how wrong they really are. They can be yelled at, critised etc etc and they'd still say they are right. These people are often found in online chatrooms where they constantly flap out stuff that makes no sense at all and then they yell at other people for being dumb.

Razzorback: uh huh i suuuure do lack stuff. well a great example of lacks are you guys. sorry to say but i know why yas do this shit to me.

He speaks his mind and makes fun of people without a care what gets said about him. Also known to be an A1 snitch. "Rizzo's" don't believe in drugs and alcohol and they want you and the local police department to know it.

Can also be used as a direct object in terms of someone or something "pulling a Rizzo"

I was talking to this new kid, I thought he was chill but he keeps filming me without me knowing and sending it to my girlfriend... must be a Rizzo.
