predicamint

n. One or more mints consumed before performing oral sex, usually on a man, with the intent to cause a slight numbing sensation by doing so. Altoids work well for this.

Opposite of postdicamint.

A difficult, unpleasant, or embarrassing situation involving a thick girl. Append as many 'c's necessary to accurately describe the situation.
