Plugins are add-ons that can be added to Minecraft servers running server software such as "PaperMC", "SpigotMC" and "Bukkit", sadly these "plugins" can not be added to servers running the server software developed by Minecraft's developers and only via third-party software.

I would suggest getting some plugins for your Minecraft server.
