NOC does

They were going to reset there sonic wall the NOC did not see anything wrong on the photo router. If the internet is not working. No other ticket was made they thought resetting the wall would correct the problem if it did not they would call back and we would reopen the ticket
This issue is now over 4 days old. So a new ticket number is needed

NOC Ally

An awesome application a stupendous programmer built to assist NOC employees with time log documentation.

It has superb UI pictures like a man with no face and a double shadow figure. AND A CLOCK! It has a clock!

Noc Duecing

When you've sat on the toilet for so long the bathroom light sensor has timed out, leaving you to finish dropping a Duece in the dark. This mostly takes place at the office or public establishments. Noc is short for nocturnal. By the time you're ready to wipe you can see like a jaguar in a pitch black bathroom stall.

"I haven seen John in about 30 minutes".

"I bet he's Noc Duecing. He's got some serious IBS"
