mental pain

Mental pain. Is when you try your hardest to be okay, but inside you just cant fight it anymore. You may fight love, hate, friends, family, its endless. But because you are physically strong you can fight it, and the longer you do it either gets better or worse, but its all up to you to always keep fighting.

Its a lot easier to fight physical pain than mental pain but we all try our best and thats what matters.

Usually occurs at night or during math class, when you suddenly burst into tears due to immense pressure or stress. May also be caused by being overwhelmed.

A mental breakdown may cause you to be a real jerk to your friends during one
They can last from 2 minutes all the way up to a couple of hours

Sam takes the IBDP (schooling system) and therefore has at least 2 mental breakdowns a night
