Aside from Gaz he is the best character in Modern Warfare 2. He appers twice in the game when Cpt. Price is having a flashback of 15 years ago. All Ghillied-Up and One Shot, One Kill are the missions in which you play as Price.

a type of shot -- "tastes like a peppermint patty"

at the bar: pour chocolate syrup in bottom of a shot glass, then pour rumplemintz schnapps over chocolate. serve.

at home/more fun: pump 1-3 shots of hershey syrup directly in mouth, then follow with at least 1.5 shots of rumplemintz 100 proof.
