The first side effect after one eats food from McDonald's. Soon to come is the McAche, McRuns, McSpits, McPuke, and finally the trip to the McRoom (Emergency Room).

Delroy- "Man, that super-sized Big Mac extra value meal killed me."

Jasonlin- "I know what your saying, after this meal i'm going to stop eating McDonald's due to the side effects from eating their food."

Delroy- (Puzzled) "Side effec...?" (pukes everywhere)

Jasonlin- "Still need a dictionary? ...Actually i think i have the McGurgles myself...hold on, i'm going to use the John."

Delroy- "I'm gunna hurt that Ronald clown if my McRoom visit is costly!!!"

Term for defining the fettest of the fetty. Usually used to sarcastically describe people who think they are extremely overweight but in reality they are just average.

McGigglestein

A rare creature that is found in the woods of downeast Maine. It's sole purpose in life is to mate. It's glasses use thermal energy to identify females to try and seduce for the purpose of mating. Through years of evolution it is developed pasty white skin due to it no longer needing to go outside. While it's a simple creature, it's able to trick inferior creatures to hunt for it. It's diet primarily consists of Brandy and any food provided by its trickery. It's known for its unique trail of greasy residue it leaves anywhere it touches.
