Any place associated with the nostalgia shared between two close people. When at their "mars", they feel like they are the only two people in the world because they are so at ease and deeply intertwined in terms of memories. A trip to mars isn't merely a place these two people enjoyed themselves- it's a rare manifestation of their friendship: past, present, and future. "Mars" is often associated with beautifully deserted scenery, a sunset, laughter, or even profound song lyrics. This is only MY definition of "mars"- every couple/group of friends has their own.

A pretty cute nickname for a guy who has a name that starts with “M-A-R”. He’s a nice guy and an amazing friend. He’s very athletic and kinda the popular jock but I’d also very musical and funny. He likes to make sure everyone is having a good time. He has a hard time sharing his feelings because he’s seen as this very masculine guy who doesn’t have any but he’s human too!!! Try to always listen to him whenever possible. Anybody would be lucky to have a guy nicknamed Mars in their life.

Friend 1: Are you going to Mars’s football game?
Friend 2: Yeah... why do you call Mario “Mars?”
Friend 1: Because it’s a cute nickname
