Noun. A.K.A. involuntary celibate.
A person who consciously desires to have sexual intercourse but is incapable of getting it for a variety of reasons that may or may not fall within his/her reasonable locus of control. Despite being widely used by holders and haters alike, this is a term that doesn't describe the full extent of the issues that self-identified "incels" struggle with. Most self-identified male incels reference the existence of a "black pill" (genetic determinism), which is more related to the reasoning, behind a sexually fulfilling life for males, being factors outside their reasonable locus of control (e.g. height, bone structure, race, dick size, etc.). This flies in contrast with ideological frameworks like the "blue pill" (complete and total blissful ignorance) and the "red pill" (behavioral determinism).
Despite what many haters or "anti-incels" may say, incel (condition) does not necessarily equal the black pill (ideological framework). As such, many "anti-incels" or "former incels" may be incels themselves, especially if they're male. These people are usually referred to as "incels-in-denial".

An individual (most commonly male) who believes a lack of sex they experience is due to factors beyond their control such as genetics and systemic oppression, rather than their willingness, or lack thereof, to court those as ugly and inept as themselves, and see no purpose behind improving their lives, as it's perceived as a coping mechanism.

Sees women as sexual objects instead of human beings. Incapable of being friends with a woman because to them they are only good for sex and not able to be connected to and talked to like normal humans. Because of this complex women tend to avoid them as someone who sees you as subhuman and an experience object is obviously undesirable. The incel, drowning in self pity over his inability to attain a girlfriend and pussy, spreads his misogynistic hate into forums on the internet. Incels are known for promoting shootings, genocide, and mass rape.
Simps are just incels before they get fed up and start hating women instead of worshipping them. See women as fellow humans instead of sex objects and you won’t have a problem.

That is it, nothing else, other definitions on here seems to try to add extra descriptions to this word. like the current top definition for example that describes incel as a man who got a horrible personality and treat women as sexual objects. First off, Incel isn't even a gendered word. That description might fit some people, but others might have different reasons for being an incel. Some might be very shy so they cant approach the opposite sex, some might be straight out ugly or deformed (born or due to accidents) which made them unappealing to the other sex, some might be straight out horrible people like the current top definition says and some might have had their genitals removed or damaged for one reason or another and because of that they can't have sex.

He ended up cutting of my penis, i lived too far away from a hospital so by the time i got there it was too late to reattach it. So now I'm unable to have sex and will stay an incel for life.
