A goonlord is a chronic, incessant, violently hedonistic practitioner of gooning, particularly one who has gained a large following or is notorious in infamy for their work. Goonlords are primarily male, however; female goonlords do exist.

In addition, goonlords are infrequently referred to as "Goon Kings" or "Goon Queens".
