The act of frumping is, when submerged in a pool, bathtub, lake, or any body of water, to fart underwater and eat the bubbles before they hit the surface. This doesn't have to be a one-person activity either.

I was frumping in my bathtub but I'm not good solo. Call Dave, he'll eat anything.

resembles a forced look of a relaxed mouth. annoys photographers who want you to look as though you are in a "dream state."
