The word used by Doctors to describe the presence of genitalia consisting of an engorged penis with a vagina located where its urethra should be. This is an incredibly rare condition in humans but occurs relatively commonly in some species of whale.

The trained whale Cory of the Boston Aquarium was the first documented mammal possessing a fully developed fleshnard.
