An amazing website meant for studying and flashcards, but is very much used for cheating on quizzes and tests. You would most likely have found Quizlet after searching up a tough question from your schoolwork on Google only to find that some other immortal God has taken matters into their own hands, wrote down all of the entire quiz answers and put them on Quizlet for everybody else to cheat on their tests. Once you find out how useful Quizlet is for breezing through middle/high/college school, especially if said school is online, you will never be the same again.

I copied and pasted "What describes the relationship between cellular respiration and photosynthesis?" from my homework into Google in 7th grade when COVID was a thing and we all had online classes, and then I found Quizlet, the ultimate method for cheating on anything multiple choice.

A once-great site for flashcards and looking up homework and test questions that has since become a shell of what it used to be. Many features that were originally free are now paywalled behind a subscription called Quizlet Plus, driven by Quizlet's greed to milk money out of little kids, broke college students, and everyone in between. Oh, and did I mention the ads? See also: enshittification.

The previous entries from years ago may give an idea of how it was before, but that is no longer true now. Ditch Quizlet while you still can, but continue using it for looking up homework questions if you must.

The Gravity minigame on Quizlet disappeared without a trace, and features such as Learn and Test are paywalled now. What happened to the game I love?
