When you are not noticeably Asian to the waiter/waitress at any oriental joint that you may decide to sit down and eat at, and they give you a fork and/or a fat spoon to eat your food with instead of chopsticks.
I went to that China Harbor the other day and the waiter came out with chopsticks at first but when he saw I was not one of them, he turned around and grabbed the oversized silverware instead. This type of chopstick discrimination is all too common!
