To abstain from dating of any shape form or fashion for a period of time. Usually, for a minimum of 30 days, but it is not uncommon for the time frame to vary from person to person. The ultimate goal is to detox oneself from dating in order to become more aware of self and self love overcoming the dependency and or need to constantly be in a relationship.
I'm getting really tired of the dating scene, dating doesn't seem to fulfill me anymore, I think I'll try this new "dating detox" challenge I've been hearing so much about lately
