A city in lockdown.

Day and night, for weeks, the streets had been empty, businesses, schools, restaurants closed, no one allowed to step from their front doors, everyone forced to obey the 24-hour curfew.

1. When a woman (or man) refuses to kiss a man with stubble or bristles on his chin / upper lip; insisting on a clean-shaved partner.

2. A refusal to have interiors or oral sex with a partner with unshaven pubes.

She imposed a porcupine curfew because she hated his designer stubble .
