The point during a woman's labor when the baby's head (also known as the crown) can be first seen poking out of her vagina. Also used to refer to the point when a poop log can be first seen poking out of the anus.

"Oh my God, I had Mexican food for lunch again! I need to use your toilet ASAP, I'm CROWNING!"
