The state of being so unfathomably stupid, dense, stunned, moronic, imbecilic, and doltish that mental and intellectual capabilities can no longer be measured on the standard IQ scale. Epithet usually only designated to those who show sub-primitive cognizance such as Neanderthals, Cro-Magnons, Australopithecus, and extremely feebleminded Homo Sapiens.
