To be Cooley'd is when someone's actions or lack of action cause's a monumental amount of grief for you & others.
This is mostly achieved by doing half of the task at hand then palming it off to someone else to do.
It can also be achieved by one person consistently badgering you with stupid shit that they can do themselves.

Mostly the person who has Cooley'd you will be unaware that they have done it.

I rang Tom about the order and he told me Graham has it. I rang Graham to find out what was going on. It turns out Graham did half of it, then hand balled it to someone else. Oh shit, I've been Cooley'd.

When you are forced to greet some one who you know is an absolute turd but are compelled to greet them. Like taking a big bight a stinking shit sand which -Usually in a formal or official setting.

I had to greet my ex wife's husband at my daughter 's graduation. Knowing that he is a turd on several levels , and wantes to be as cordial as possible I extended my hand out for a COMEY SHAKE from a safe distance , but got pulled in.

Slang for Colleyville, Texas; a little town situated near Grapevine and Southlake. Adopted due to the fact that the city and its residents have as much, likely even more, money than Hollywood.

The "average" house looks like a mansion. High school kids driving Beamers...must be Colleywood baby!
