All the ads on urban dictionary. legit saw one that said "he posted this picture of his dog, and people immediately called the police." what actually happened was some guy started posting pics of his dog, and people loved it. eventually the the police saw it and they thought his dog was a bulldog and bulldogs were illegal in his town. they told him that he can't have that dog in the town but then turns out it wasn't a bulldog and everything was fine.

Get the Clickbaitmug. It means what you think it means: bait for clicks. It's a link which entices you to click on it.
The "bait" comes in many shapes and sizes, but it is usually intentionally misleading and/or crassly provocative. Clicking will inevitably cause disappointment. Clickbait is usually created for money.
One common type is adverts and spam, such as you might find on a random website or in your Facebook feed.
