Something of lower value or quality. A bootleg version of something that is suppose to be nice.
Someone who attempted to look nice but overdid it with cheaper quality fashion, and just looks JACKED UP.

Look at that girl wearing all that cheap jewelry, she totally messed up her outfit, it just looks CHANGY, now.

"Do you like that dress?"
"No, it looks changy, probably worth 50 cents!"

Chiggy

Chiggy is a word that can be used in many contexts, as a verb, acknowledgement, affirmation, denial, or even as an expletive. It is often used as a question that does not need to be fully expressed because it is expected by the other party, and as such is usually answered with chamba. In other cases, it serves as a substitute for obscenities in times of surprise, anger, or happiness. It can also be used to replace the verb of a sentence, and this alteration is generally coupled with the replacement of the subject with chamba.
It is half of the full phrase 'chiggy chamba'.

Hey, the pizza just got here, so hurry up if you wanna chiggy on this chamba.

Chuggy

A word used to show association with pedophile groups across music related discord servers in hopes of picking up more members, the word began use after a prominent member said he wanted to fuck a minor aged 14. Strongly coupled with racism such as frequent use of the N word with hard r.
