The face made from eating cake, colloquially known as cake face (often confused with other meaning of cake face) is a latin derivative from the phrase cakeus dominus facetidus and describes the look of wonderment, awe and forever inspired knowledge as well as the inherited wisdom and unfathomable deliciousness of cake- all forms- but most preferable is chocolate. Cheesecake is also known to create such an effect
