Use arouse from instant messaging through Yahoo! messenger.
Where when realised rarely anyone actually 'Laughs Out Loud' (lol), the more truthful & correctly expressive of ones behaviour 'Chuckling to Myself' was applied to messages instead.

CTM (Crazy Thirsty Messy)

CTM is an acronym for a person, usually of the female persuation, who is not only crazy and thirsty, but adds insult to injury by also being “messy”. A person who is unstable, needs constant attention and does not care who they offend or piss off by being flagrant and open with their behavior. Someone who is both bi-polar and borderline.

I’d think twice about messing with her, bro... she’s a stage 4 CTM (Crazy Thirsty Messy) with narcissistic tendencies.

Acronym meaning "Chuckling To Myself". Can be used in internet environments to describe the sensation of quietly laughing to a particularly amusing stimulus. While "lol" (acronym of Laughing Out Loud) is used as a filler or placeholder, and often does not equate to joy and laughter, "ctm" is used when you wish to express that odd sensation when you indeed chuckling (or any variation including snorting, giggling, or full out laughing) to yourself.
