In British English, a closet, apart from its more usual meaning of a cupboard or a toilet, etc. Is used to refer to someone who is a bit of a fool or an idiot.

A person trying to cheat in a game. However they know that they could be banned. So they will try to look legit as possible, hiding the fact that they're cheating. They will usually be extremely good player or a Youtuber. Very common in Minecraft pvp community and CSGO community.
