a term familiarized in jamician dancehall parties. used to describe a state of excitment or a point when the music has the entire party just whil'n out.

can also be used as an adjective to describe something that has great potential to be exciting.

Raggamuffin: Dat DJ iz brukkin out da ill murda stylez!!!
