Broad Street Bullies

The Philadelphia Flyers teams of the 1970s. They were so mean, rough, and vicious that other teams were intimidated and scared shitless to play them.

First Edition (1972-1975) featured Dave "The Hammer" Schultz, Bob "The Hound" Kelly, Andre "Moose" Dupont, and Don "Big Bird" Saleski.

Second Edition (1976-1981) included Paul Holmgren, Mel Bridgman, Behn Wilson, Dave Hoyda, Glen Cochrane, and Ken "The Rat" Linseman. Those were the scariest teams in hockey history.

Third Edition (1981-approx. 1987) included Dave Brown, Rick Tocchett, Daryl Stanley and Craig Berube.

Man do I miss those days of the Broad Street Bullies and Big Bad Bruins.

To have very poor aim. This hyperbolic term is usually used to denote poor marksmanship or to have very poor aim in certain activities that involve throwing something(such as certain sports).

1. While we were out hunting, Mitch was a very poor shot and couldn't even hit the broad side of a barn, and so when he ran out of ammo, he ultimately got Roy Horn'ed by the deer he kept trying to shoot dead.

2. Damn, Mark is such a mark-ass pitcher! He can't even hit the broad side of a barn, let alone strike anyone out. His pitches make even Rafael Palmeiro's erectile dysfunction reach out for a glorious grand slam!

A fluid-like sac in the back of the brain. In order to get to it, a scientist must use a hand drill to create a hole in the back of the head. If a pin is pushed into the broab, the person gets a sensation of ecstasy. If the pin pops the sac, the person falls into a state where he will forever feel like he must sneeze, but cannot do so.

A dim-witted, oblivious and/or inattentive woman.

"dinghy" in this phrase is a shortened variation of dingbat and should not be confused with dingy (pronounced "din-jee") meaning dirty or soot-covered.

Broad Wing

When a person's body is completely normal looking until you look at the mid section and there is big globs of fat sticking out on each side that give the person giant love handles that are just "There" for no apparent reason.

PERSON #1: That woman looks like an egg!

Broad City

A Comedy Central show, originally a webseries, about the escapades of two girls (Ilana Glazer and Abbi Jacobson) in New York City, navigating sex, drugs, and identity. Known for its (quite literally) blunt and candid exposition of drug use, vagina humor, and intersectional feminism. Is often associated with bringing colloquialisms such as Yass and Fomo more into the mainstream.

I don't see why people think Broad City is so annoying; it's only saying what everyone's thinking, it's so relatable. I mean, really, who hasn't wanted to use a dildo as a jewelry hanger, or skype your best friend while you're in the middle of riding dick?
