Since the oil embargo of the 1970's, the US has run a balance of payments deficit because its trade deficit was enormous; prior to the embargo, the US BoP deficit was large because the US exported such an enormous amount of finance capital. As a consequence, the balance of payments deficit has persisted since the end of the Korean War (1953).

Everyone wants to get to know Brayan better because he is a light to everyone he meets. Without even trying he will become the most amazing perfect person you know, he will easily become your favorite person. When you are down Brayan will always be there and even if he isn't he still cares and will come back. He can easily cheer up anyone, especially people he deeply cares about. Brayan is very humble and won't admit to it, but he's very handsome and smart. Brayan has the nicest smile and pretty fluffy hair. He deserves the entire world even if he thinks he doesn't. If given the right opportunity and a girl good enough for him (she better be top notch), he would be the most incredible, loving, caring boyfriend. Last but not least, his personality is incredible. He's funny and sarcastic and makes amazing jokes but isn't afraid to show his feelings and be honest when he needs to. All in all, you'd be lucky to know a Brayan.
