A charity movement that’s run every October since 2022 to raise awareness on Cyber Security and Mental health.

BLOCKTOBER volunteers are called Blockers, they are IT savvy individuals who organise regular small gatherings with their family and friends while opening a forum to discuss Cyber Security and promoting Mental Resilience.

These gatherings can be in the form of a lunch, dinner, picnic, bbq (cy.ber.que), or even a road trip!

The goal of the movement is to Block and Report Cyber Crime before they happen #blockandreport

October is the official Cyber Security Awareness month in the US, Australia, and many other countries.

Australian mental health awareness month also happens in October.

This October I’m signing up to Blocktober to protect my closest friends and family members from Cyber Crime! I’m a Blocker!

Blocktopia

Blocktopia is one of Minecraft's largest Communities. They run over six servers (formerly eight). Blocktopia originally started out as a simple Lava Surivival server until further efforts helped expand it into its wonderful assort of servers. (SMP, BuildBox, AoD, Lava, TNT, and Zombie.) Each server is managed by 1-3 Directors who spend their own free time mantaining the structural integrity of their server.

Contrary to popular belief, Blocktopia's Admins aren't 12 years old. They're mature young men and women (aging from 17-21) who preform their job in the most civil manner. Blocktopia isn't money hungry either. All money donated is 100% used for server costs.

Blocktopia

Formerly: Theones. A minecraft community which has servers present on both classic and beta. It is well renowned for having unique gameplay servers such as lava survival, TNT wars and Zombie Survival. Although the rules may seem more strict, it is because they know that a slack rule set results in the death of a community.

Oh, and they have an ASSistant Head Admin Technician (or asshat for short)
