A very unfortunate illness that affects a broad spectrum of people. We all usually know someone who suffers from this. That girl you like, or your boss, or maybe just a person working at Walmart. When someone thinks their shit don't stink and we have to put up with their arrogance.

1. A disease from which one suffers from. It cannot be cured and never goes away. It causes irritability and may cause sudden outbursts of stupidity (obscene words). Usually found in the female gender but also affects males. These people are usually referred to as a Biatch. Show's Biatch symptoms regularly no matter who they're socializing with. One who suffers from this disease is truly a Biatch inside and out.

Man2: No man, she's always that way. She suffers from Biatchalism.
