Popularized in the sitcom Married with Children, when Peggy's relatives from Wanker County went to "get cigarattes" and left Seven behind, for good.

It's a reference to the show 'Sister Sister'.Sister, Sister is an American television sitcom starring identical twins Tia and Tamera Mowry. Their friend, Roger (Marques Houston), usually tries to hit on the sisters while visiting and at which point the sisters would say "Go home Roger!".
