'''Toxcheap''' is an abbreviated form of the phrase "Talk is Cheap!". It was made more widely known when a racer abbreviated down to "TOXCHP" and put it on the back of his car. Its roots go back to the late 1990's, when the availability of low priced, quick, sport compacts hit the scene. It was a symbol to others that bench racing and BS had no face value. And credibility would need to be earned on the track.
