Often abbreviated to 'Metro, the most simple way to define 'Metrosexual' is: a straight man who is in touch with his feminine side and tends to prefer activities that are typically reserved for women or more flamboyant homosexuals. He is also frequently mistaken as being gay. Basically, to sum it up, it is the male equivalent of a 'Tomboy'.

This word came into use mainly by Beta Males because calling these men outright fags or homosexuals became overly used and exposed their jealousy and catiness that traditionally was ascribed to feminine behavior.
