Maherism

**Maherism (noun):** A cultural and political ideology characterized by contrarianism and scapegoating, often exemplified by a tendency to challenge mainstream opinions while humorously critiquing the past without offering constructive solutions for the future. Followers, known as maherists, are masterful at being "always right" by never committing to a position, allowing them to critique others’ ideas with impunity. They revel in the absurdity of political discourse, using satire and irony to express their views while maintaining a perpetual air of superiority, as they declare, “See, I told you it wouldn’t work!” whenever an alternative fails.

Malenism

Malenism is a word coined by Irfan Kaushar in 2025.

It represents the struggles, emotions, and silence of men in a society where their pain is often ignored. Just like feminism gave a voice to women, Malenism gives space to the unheard voices of men — not as a rivalry, but as a balancing force.

Malenism is not anti-women. It is pro-emotion. Pro-equality. Pro-truth.

• Men who cry but are told “mard ko dard nahi hota”
• Men who suffer in silence in toxic relationships
• Fathers, brothers, sons who sacrifice but are never appreciated
• Boys who are victims of false cases or bias
• Those who carry pain quietly while being told to “man up”
