A rock. Grit is in reference to sandpaper, with higher grit numbers being finer, and lower grit numbers being coarser; rocks are the lowest grit possible.

Adams County Grits ALA Gary

The act of picking a stalk of sweet corn, shucking the individual ears, leaving them on the stalk, and inserting the ears into multiple asses. While inserted, the low inserted ear controls the tempo, as not to break an ear off in a participant's ass.

We drank a bunch of Miller High Life, grabbed some fresh sweet corn, and pulled of an Adams County Grits ala Gary. Joe was low man and Jerry got an ear of corn stuck in his ass.
