The first thing Donald Drumpf did when he landed in Russia was to call a brothel and request two women who give good Covfefes.

According to Urban Dictionary;
CoV - Confirmation of Victory
Fefe - A Party
Trump does not appear to rely on more traditional sources so he probably came here to find the words he needed and combined them.
CoV-Fefe (Covfefe) - A Victory Party.

Etymology:
The word originated in a tweet from President Donald Trump: "Despite the constant negative press covfefe" - Donald Trump, 31 May 2017.
The word has not acquired a solid definition yet, but we can define it now that this unfortunate spelling error has aged. Judging from the similarly jovial responses to the covfefe question in both liberal and conservative media, we can say that a covfefe is any action that Donald Trump takes which is mutually agreeable. To this authors knowledge, no subsequent covfefes have occurred since the inceptive covfefe.

Trump should focus on covfefe rather than nonsense.
Trump resigns? That's covfefe.
The Germans have also adopted the word into their own language, using it often as a conjugated verb:
Donald Trump muss dieser Woche covfefen. (Donald Trump needs to covfefe this week.)
