Trim, simply put, is pussy (vagina). But it's only used in the context of getting action on the side. One doesn't need to have a main chick to get some on the side (see Side-bitch). A hook-up at the club that has no hope of becoming a Main-bitch or even a regular in the bedroom could be classified as trim, as in a little something picked up on the side of the way you were headed.
