Can't sleep?

If you don't sleep, make sure you don't take any pills, and go outside often, fresh air will come in handy. It’s even better if you think of fond memories before bed, and something that makes you happy. If you still can’t fall asleep, and feel tired, and reluctant, see a doctor, it may be something more serious.

sleep drunk

The state of the mind and body after being sleep deprived. Has similar symptoms to being drunk such as forgetfulness, laughing at things that aren't really that funny, and irritability.

After I only got two hours of sleep, I went into work completely sleep drunk. I was in a mild daze for the entire morning.

Meaning Sleep well.
Very well used phrase in the English - speaking world. It's been common at bedtime for many years in the form of "good night, sleep tight, don't let the bedbugs bite", or something like that.

A: 'ight dude, I'm out. Good night.
B: Good night. Sleep tight.
