Someone who intentionally throws shade or disses someone without directly targeting that person but it is obvious that the shade is thrown. However, it is obvious about who's it about.

When someone said something shady it's legit to respond: "Damn you're a shady boots"

- Hey girl I like that shirt but I bought it last you!
- Damn, you're a shady boots
