Usually seen on YouTube videos, the "me:" is a way to show a point you want to make in a conversation example. When you write the "me:" you tell the readers to watch the video, pretty much saying that this is your response.
You watch a video of someone raging and you go to the comments section and write a comment such as this:
"Me: "I'm going to win this match!"
Another player kills you
Me: "
"Me: "I'm going to win this match!"
Another player kills you
Me: "
